Configure the connection
In the remote.it Desktop, select the remote.it VNC Service you installed, then click on the "Connect" button.
Confirm that the VNC Command is:
"[path]" -Username [username] [host]:[port]
Click on the Application Path folder icon, then locate and select the vncviewer program. The default location is shown:
The settings should now show:
