You will need to do this on each device you wish to use the NAS. For example, on a Mac, Windows computer, iPad, iPhone, or your Android phone or tablet. Make sure you have an application installed that can use the connection. This will be the app that uses the connection.

NOTE: Windows cannot use the built in file explorer Here is an alternative.

  2. Select your Jumpbox device
  3. Click the “play” button on the NAS Service.
  4. Use the connection information in the application you will be using for the file explorer.
    1. If using the Desktop app, you may be able to launch your App by clicking the Launch button. When prompted for the username enter the username used for the NAS. See more on connection settings to set your application
    2. You can manually add the connection information to your app by adding a connection, then enter the endpoint URL and port from the Remote. It app connection. Use the icon buttons below the connection URL to copy the endpoint and port, endpoint, or port. Some applications may set the port in a separate field from the url/IP address. Please refer to your application instructions on usage.
