Creating a support ticket

If you can't find the answer to your question here, please contact us using the support widget.

The support widget can be found at the bottom of the menu when you are logged in, or at the bottom of the page when you are here in the Help Center.

Click on the blue "Support" button to open the widget.

Type your question into the "How can we help?" field and hit enter.  A set of articles which may be related to your question will appear.


If you still cannot find your answer, click on the blue "Contact us" button.

Next, fill out the form which appears.  Attach screenshots of error messages if possible.


When you are done, click on "Send".  We'll get back to you as soon as we can!
