Why can't I sign in to my account?

When you set up an account, we ask you for your e-mail address.  In our system, this username is case sensitive, so

myaccount@mail-service.com

is different than

myAccount@mail-service.com

If you use capital letters when setting up your account, you will need to enter your username the same way when signing in.
